Through my additional training and certifications in AIP (Autoimmune Protocol), the 21-Day Sugar Detox (21DSD), and Sleep and Recovery, I have developed strategies to help manage autoimmune disease symptoms for my clients as well as for my own journey with Multiple Sclerosis.
Prior to becoming a health coach 8 years ago, I spent 2 decades in corporate America. I believe that confidence, productivity, and resilience are supported by healthy habits centered around nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and self-care. Sleep is the at the core of all habits, and is like the pin that holds everything else together.
Through exploration and discovery, you will create habits that unlock the healing power within you. Together, we will create an action plan to achieve your goals that support your inner strengths and values. Anything is possible when we take small and meaningful steps together!
