About Your Presenter

Julie Fischer Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Autoimmune Paleo Coach, Certified Coach for The 21-Day Sugar Detox

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011, I learned that medication was not enough to improve the fatigue, numbness, and brain fog that I was experiencing. By removing gluten and sugars from my diet, I found relief from MS symptoms and migraines, and improvement in my overall health. As a coach, I work with motivated individuals to make changes to their diet and lifestyle to help them feel their best. My clients experience improvement in their autoimmune disease symptoms, migraines, inflammation, and digestive issues. I am passionate about the healing power of food, and my mission is to bring a sense of hope to others who are looking to regain control of their own health.
