What kinds of foods will I be eating? 

REAL FOODS! The 21-Day Sugar Detox is not a no-carb or even very low-carb program. The program is designed to reduce your cravings for sugar and processsed carbs in a safe and effective way. You will be enjoying protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and a limited amount of fruit. You will not feel deprived! 

How will I know how to prepare and what foods I should be eating? 

Once you register, you will unlock the first module of the program which includes your participant guide, suggested food lists, and more. You will find all of the Yes/No lists, recipes, and suggested meal plans in the 21-Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide. You wil be able to pick up your copy of the book at your local Club Pilates Studio once you register. 

I don't really like to cook, and have such a busy schedule, what if I can't do this? 

Everyone starts off with doubts, so you're not alone! Your Certified Coach will be right there with you, every step of the way with tips and tricks for adapting the 21-Day Sugar Detox into even the busiest of lifestyles. You will receive recipes and ideas for simple yet delicious meals and snacks, even when on the go! As you start to notice the positive impact the program is having on your energy, sleep, and mood, it becomes much easier to keep it going. Working with a Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox group will give you your best chance at success. If I can do it, you can do it!
