What kinds of foods will I be eating?
REAL FOODS! The 21-Day Sugar Detox is not a no-carb or even very low-carb program. The program is designed to reduce your cravings for sugar and processsed carbs in a safe and effective way. You will be enjoying protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and a limited amount of fruit. You will not feel deprived!
Is there anything else I need to purchase?
Yes, either the 21-Day Sugar Detox Guidebook or the NEW 21-Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide is required for group or individual coaching. The 21DSD Cookbook is an optional add-on for additional recipes.
How do I participate in the live coaching sessions?
Upon registration, you will receive a link to join the first live conference call which will be held on Monday, January 8th at 8:00pm EST. If you can't make it at that time, don't worry! You will be able to watch the playback at any time that is convenient for you. You will have direct daily interaction with a Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox coach every single day so all of your questions are answered quickly and accurately.

You will receive recipes and ideas for simple yet delicious meals and snacks, even when on the go! As you start to notice the positive impact the program is having on your energy, sleep, and mood, it becomes much easier to keep it going.
